Membership
All parents of multiple birth children (natural, adopted, in foster care or by guardianship) may join the Association. Membership renewals are due the 1st of April each year. If you have joined after 30 November, you are not required to renew the following year.

Membership Fees
- Joining Fee: $45.00
- Annual Renewal: $40.00
Payment may be made by direct deposit, cash, cheque or money order.
Either deposit your fee into our bank account (details on application form) and then post your Membership Form to the address below or post your payment with your Membership Form to:
